The Society produces a regular newsletter which is emailed out to our members once a quarter (copies can be posted to members who do not have email). The newsletter provides a round up of what is happening across the city in terms of new developments, heritage projects and matters of interest to our members.

In addtition, we have produced three booklets about Wakefield: Wakefield, a City of Spires, Towers and Turrets; Wakefield: City of Sculpture and Public Art; and our Blue Plaque Trail Guide.

These booklets are set out as guides to the city centre and each includes a map to help you find the key items of interest. Each book costs just £1 and can be purchased from the Visitor Information Point in the Treacy Hall at Wakefield Cathedral. Alternatively, they can be ordered by post from the Society at a cost of £1.50 each.
